Photo Release

By participating in Submit Your Story, Entrant agrees to authorize Sponsor permission to use Entrant’s (and any minor children’s) likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to Sponsor’s printed, digital and website publications. Entrant understands and agrees that any photograph using Entrant’s (and any minor children’s) will become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrant acknowledges that since participation in Submit Your Story is voluntary, Entrant will receive no financial compensation. Entrant irrevocably authorizes Sponsor to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute photos for purposes of publicizing Sponsor’s programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, Entrant waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein Entrant’s (and any minor children’s) likeness appears. Additionally, Entrant waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of photographs.
